This is a great place to go for a burger, sandwich or salad. They serve wagyu beef burgers at a great price and they are delicious! They also have a full bar and their cocktails and beers are priced at a good point. It's nice to go to a restaurant and have good food and drinks at a very reasonable, affordable price.

I went in for a quick lunch the other day and ended up enjoying it more than I expected. The burger was cooked nicely, not too greasy, and the toppings felt pretty fresh. Fries were a bit on the salty side for me, but still crunchy and good overall. The place wasn’t too crowded, so I got my food pretty fast, which I liked. Staff was friendly enough and the seating area was clean. Nothing super fancy, but it’s a solid spot if you’re craving a simple, tasty hamburger without spending too much

Cool little bar and restaurant. Nice bartender and hostess. GREAT SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH! Would have been better if I ate it there. My fault. Check this place out. Ps. I like coins. 8/23/25 Great chicken sandwich I ate it inside this time. Sloppy and hot, tasty!

This was some amazing food! We went for an early dinner and had some of their Wagyu burgers and they were delicious! Great atmosphere and we were attended to fairly quickly. The service was great. We didn’t feel rushed or too bothered while eating our meal. It’s a little bit pricey for what you get, especially the shareable cheese curds, but the food was delicious.

At lunch here right at 1100 and glad we did. Minutes later this place got busy! We were able to score an outside seat on a really nice day... Bonus!! Service was quick, and the food was good. I ordered the Charred Burger and tater tots. Flavor of the burger was delicious, but about 10 seconds cooking shy of being overdone. Mine was definitely well done--i would have preferred medium to medium well. Regardless, it was quite tasty. The tots we're on point... Crispy outside, soft inside, and seasoned well. I did wish for a bit more though. Between the burger being almost over cooked and wanting for a bit more tots are why 4 stars for food. Otherwise, everything else was very good with prices within what I would reasonably expect for a slightly more upscale burger spot.

My husband and I were in Omaha for his knee replacement and was looking for somewhere to grab lunch before his pre op appointment when we came across Charred Burgers and Bar and thought we’d give them a try. Boy are we glad we did! Not only was the food amazing and well priced, but the service was as equally amazing. For starters we tried their version of a fried pickle, which was a dill pickle spear, wrapped in a slice of American Swiss cheese and then deep fried inside of an egg roll wrap. OMG! You have to try this! They are AMAZING! We also tried their traditional chicken wings, naked, with the sauce on the side. The wings were cooked perfectly, with a nice crisp exterior, and very moist inside. They tasted amazing without the sauce…which is how I ended up eating mine . For burgers my husband ordered the classic burger that had a roasted garlic aioli on it. His burger was good, and the aioli was spot on. However, I ordered the charred burger which was AMAZING! The balsamic tomato jam that was on it was sooo good! I wish I could have brought a jar of that home with me! The charred Cotija cheese added the perfect touch to the overall burger. We will definitely eat there again the next time we are in Omaha…we wish they had locations in WY!

Charred is a great spot to grab a creative waygu burger. They burgers where made well and tasted great. However I had the mushroom omelet special burger and the mushrooms where a little too charred which masked the rest of the flavor of the burger. The regular charred burger was very nice and had nice toppings that didn't over do the flavor of the burger. The fries are thin cut for those who like that. The fried pickle was a nice take and it was decently worth the money for the 4 that you get. The service was also very fast, I went around noon on Sunday and the burger was out before I knew it! The strawberry lemonade is very fresh and house made, however it does have quite a bit of sour to it. Overall charred is a place that Id love to go back to when I crave a burger.
